The Transfer
At the time you specify, your shuttle will pick you up from the airport, your hotel, or an alternative address. You will be driven safely and on time to Sun City Resort near Rustenburg.
You can use this service either to Sun City or to the nearby Pilanesburg National Park.
At Sun City even the most laid-back person will find plenty of entertainment options, including the most popular Valley of the Waves and Waterworld, where you can enjoy the artificial beach and a variety of water slides.

Collection and drop-off
For airport arrival pickups, the driver will be waiting near the Arrivals Terminal, holding a branded name board with the lead traveller’s name so you can easily identify him.
If you can’t find him, go sit/stand near the big statue at arrivals and he’ll move around with the name board until you do. We also recommend that you connect to the airport’s free WiFi and begin communicating with the dispatch office via WhatsApp.
This way, you can rest assured that someone will accompany you until you find your driver.
If you require a round-trip to Sun City, please specify this when making your reservation and provide us with your return date, time, and flight details.

Rates
Prices for the transfers are:
Transfer for one pax – R2 000
Transfer for two pax – R1 200
Transfer for three pax – R1 200
Transfer for 4 up to 12 pax is R4 500, which is the price for the whole group.
Terms and conditions
- You will receive a confirmation when you book.
- Infant seats are available upon request and at extra cost but must be requested at the time of booking.
- A maximum of three people can be booked per reservation for the private vehicle.
- The transfer is not suitable for wheelchair-dependent guests.
- If you cancel up to 24 hours before the transfer you may receive a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time of the transfer, you will forfeit your payment.
- No changes can be made less than 24 hours before the start time of the private transfer.
