Itinerary
Day 1 : Wilderness Welcome
Your safari adventure kicks off in Johannesburg, where you’ll hop into a reliable vehicle and head northwest toward Pilanesberg National Park, aiming to arrive by 09:00 for an exciting quad bike safari. From 09:30 to 11:30, you’ll navigate rugged trails, weave through acacia trees, send up clouds of dust, and experience the rush of chasing wildlife on four wheels. Once the ride ends, it’s time to recharge. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge, then throw on your swimsuit and unwind by the pool. As the afternoon fades, you’ll set off on a sunset safari in an open vehicle. With an expert guide leading the way, keep your camera ready for unforgettable sightings. Back at the lodge, the scent of dinner welcomes you. Share stories around the campfire and fall asleep to the distant call of a lion, dreaming of the wild day behind you.
Day 2 & 3 : Park Exploration
As the first rays of sunlight kiss the savannah, you should already be out and about. Binoculars and camera in hand, step into the open safari vehicle for a sunrise game drive. Back at the lodge, a delicious breakfast awaits, where you can swap stories about the elusive leopard, the comical warthog, and more. Consider a bush walk, some hiking, or fun at the water park to pass the time until lunch. By noon, you can feast on a scrumptious lunch at a lodge restaurant before free time beckons. Perhaps you’ll lounge by the pool, book in hand, or maybe you’ll prefer to wander along the nature trails, where every rustle in the bushes holds a secret. The choice is yours. As the sun begins its descent, you set off on another sunset safari to experience how the landscape transforms—the grasslands turn amber, and the sky blushes with hues of coral and lavender. Back at the lodge, the aroma of dinner fills the air and while the Milky Way sprawls above, you enjoy some fine cuisine. Then it is time to go to bed to enjoy the lodge luxuries for the last time.
Day 4 : Sunrise Safari & Farewell
Rise early as the African dawn calls, grab your binoculars, and join your guide in the safari vehicle for a sunrise game drive through the fresh morning air as the bush comes to life. Back at the lodge, a delicious breakfast is served. After saying goodbye to your comfortable retreat, you can choose how to spend your final hours—whether it’s one last adrenaline-filled quad bike ride, a peaceful bush walk, or simply enjoying the last quiet moments in this wild paradise before heading back to Johannesburg around midday.
